The Long Unforgotten

A young Hylian named Karri comes to the Phoenix House after hearing of their great bravery.  She offers up her services as a healer, and asists Valero in implanting a chip in Kazuo's head just before Valero and Amorette depart on their honeymoon.  Things seem surprisingly quiet in the Phoenix House until Adriana receives a shock when Gavin, the old man, appears in her bedroom and begins to reenact his proposal to her, years earlier in the other timeline.

At first, this gets passed off as a fluke, but suddenly things pick up momentum when Gerard appears to Casey, Sito's father scolds him, and several of Adriana's snobby friends from the past show up.  The afflicted parties visit Joey to determine the source of these visions.  She tells them that they are not ghosts, but she can't quite determine what they are.  Her diagnosis is interrupted when two figures from her own mysterious past pay her a visit.

Time passes and the visitations continue, frying the nerves of the Phoenix Fighters.  Inigo even begins seeing scenes he wasn't alive for, including the realization of his parents Cylippa and Okeke that their second son, Kazuo, is cursed.  The Phoenix Fighters discover that the creatures are magical and disappear once outside of the House, but they still cannot determine their cause.  Even the unflappable Aden is shaken by a visit from his dead sisters who blame him for their demise.  Aden begs Adriana to try and contact Warren again, but she refuses.  She then informs him that while singing for Joey, she learned that she is pregnant again.

There is little time to celebrate the happy news.  While sitting around the lobby one evening, afraid of still more ghosts, Krieg returns, quiet overjoyed with the recent turn of events.  The ghosts, he reveals, were his doing and he manages to systematically take down the exhausted Phoenix Fighters, one by one, until he has them all at his mercy.  He prepares, then, to start killing them when suddenly, dozens upon dozens of ghosts appear, led by Amorette's mother, Kera, and Aden and Trann's father, Artem.  Those ghosts of those Krieg has killed begin to turn against him.

A momentous fight breaks out between Krieg and the ghosts, but the ghosts easily overpower him.  Finally, he gives up and flees in terror.  The ghosts free the Phoenix Fighters, giving them words of love and admiration.  Abruptly, they vanish, signalling the end of the spell.  Life in the House returns to normal slowly and the Phoenix Fighters reflect on the great love of their long lost families.  Without warning, however, Tranns informs Lucien that she too is pregnant.
